Ralph: I’ve been buying trucks from Integrity for about ten years now. I used to own my own trucking company; I did my own business. And they have reliable trucks. Integrity has some of the nicest vehicles I’ve ever driven, new or used. And that’s not even here in the state. The personal relationships you get here, I think, is above and beyond anything you can get anywhere in the car industry.

The prices they have, they work based off your income and put you in something you can afford. They’re not going to walk in and whey you say, “Hey, I need this,” say, “Well, we’ve got you something even better,” and put you in it knowing you can’t afford it. They’re not trying to sell you something, they’re trying to give you something reliable. And I think that’s what makes them different from everybody else. For them it’s not a sales thing, you know, “Let me get my commission.” It’s, “Hey, man. What can you afford? What is the best fit for you and your family, and how can we help you do that?”

And they’re always willing to work with you no matter what the issue is with the truck, what kind of issues you have — even in life. I mean, there were times when I was sick and not working, and, as the truck owner, if you don’t work the truck doesn’t make money. And they were like, “Hey, we understand the situation. How can we help you?” So it’s always been something like that that you never get anywhere else.

You don’t have to worry about bringing it in for an oil change and they go, “Oh, you need a tuneup, you need tires and this…” Nothing was wrong with it. You trust them.

You say, “Hey man, I’m hearing this noise.”

They run through it and say, “Hey, man, here’s the problem. Here’s what it’s going to cost.”

“Well, I can’t afford that.”

“Well, let me tell you what we’re going to do. We’re going to take care of it, put you in a safe vehicle, and then we’re going to figure out how we can put this into your payment to make it easier for you guys and still get it taken care of.”

So that’s something you’re not going to get anywhere. That’s one of the reasons why I’ve always shopped here. I mean, from the owner to the dealers here to Dealers Finance where they finance it. I mean, they’re just great people.
